Once you have viewed and signed your proposal, and paid your deposit. We will book in a time to have your Discovery call - where we get to know one another and find out more about your business and that you're wanting your new branding to 'look' like. Please note this is a 3 week (approx. process).

We've chatted and I now know about your business (and you!) enough to pull together all my research and send through a Mood Board & Colour palette. Next step is Font Concepts based off that research, where we curate the best font for your brand.

I will present my strongest concept(s*) for your new Logo Design based off our mood board and font concepts. Then after you have reviewed them we work forward to develop one concept. Getting closer to your final product!

Here we bring together all your final files, and I prepare them ready for handover. I also create your Brand Guidelines Document, your brand 'how to'. If you have the Complete Package, we will do your collaterals (aka Business Cards etc) after this stage.

i'M STARTING A NEW BUSINESS AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START! HELP!?

How do i  know I  am ready to work with you?

No - however the payment schedule is broken up into 3 payments; 20% on booking (which is non-refundable), 50% after Mood board & Colour Palette delivery and the final 30% before handover of files.

Do you offer payment plans?

The process is dependant on our communication and speed of response turnaround. However we allocate 3-4 weeks per client to complete. The Logo Identity Branding package can take less time. This process is outlined in your proposal.
