In order to process your enquiry or project, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and any relevant project details. This information is used solely to communicate with you, deliver services, and manage your project. Your information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties outside of what is necessary to complete your project. By using this website, you acknowledge that you are providing this information voluntarily.


// Payment Information //

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (including Hnry). By Keren Elise does not store or have access to your full payment details at any stage.
All pricing is listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Any foreign currency amounts shown are estimates only and may vary depending on exchange rates at the time of invoicing. Invoices are issued and payable in NZD.

// Sharing of Designs //

By Keren Elise retains the right to share completed design work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including social media, case studies, and publications.
If you require confidentiality (for example, prior to a launch), this must be requested in writing at the start of the project. A reasonable confidentiality period may be agreed upon.


// Copyright //

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, and designs, is the property of By Keren Elise and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. For client work, copyright and intellectual property are governed by the terms outlined in the project agreement. Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers upon full payment, while all concepts, drafts, and development work remain the intellectual property of the Designer. Any use of images or work created by By Keren Elise must be credited and approved in writing. Requests may be declined at any time.
